L.I: to compare and contrast a probability test with a statistical survey
This week for maths, we had to create a probability survey and test, that would show us the probability of a number to be picked. For our survey, we would go around the entire class, and ask everyone to pick a number. We would have their choices limited to the amount of sides on a die. My limit for this activity was 12. We had to do this all in our books, but then later, recreate what's in our book, as a D.L.O (Digital Learning Object). For our test, we had to roll our die a number of times corresponding to the amount of sides. It being 12 for me. I rolled the die 12 times, and there was no winning number, All together number 1, 4, 10 and 12 got chosen 2 times. My survey winner this time, was numbers 7 and 8, both having ten picks.

ReplyDeleteGood job on completing this must do, I really like how you used a graph to show how many people chose a number. I also like how you properly explained what you had to do, I can understand that easily.
