This is a DLO for our inquiry for week 6. In my group there was, Cecillia, Malakai, Koloa, Afu, Abdurrahim, Me and Shannon. We had to do challenges about what the old and modern Olympic athlete's ate for their diet.

Comets DLO

This is a DLO on the text Comets. It tells you what comet's are made out of "Rock, ice and dust".

 Today for maths our must do was to do level 4 and 5 of basic subtraction on Transum. I got all of them right for level 4 and 5. We had to take a screenshot of one of our answers we got right and explain how we got the answer using column method.

It makes 22 because if you take 3 from 5 it equals 2 and then you do it again and now you have another 2 so when you put them together you get 22.

Now you have a problem, the 0 is smaller than 9. So what you have to do is borrow, and to borrow you need to take one number off the number after it and add it to your problem.

Poetry

L.I: how do words work to make a picture in our mind. Today we learnt about poetry. We learnt that you need in a poem a noun, an adjective, another adjective, a 3rd adjective, a verb, an adverb, an ending, an adjective to the ending, and another adjective to the ending.
