They are carried in their mother's pouch. To run they hop. To attack they jump up and use their feet to kick. Wallabies have a good sense. They are really strong. They are fast. A Wallaby is a baby Kangaroo.	How can you tell if a Wallaby is a Male or Female? Are there other breeds for Kangaroos? What is a Wallabies biggest fear? If a Wallaby was by itself in the wilderness how does it plan it’s attack on it’s prey? When did Wallabies first arrive to New Zealand? How many Wallabies are there in the world? How did Wallabys get their names?	Wallabies were introduced to New Zealand over a hundred years ago. A new born Wallaby is called a Joey. If you ever see a Joey you need to get a permit from the Department Conservation. When a Joey is born it finds it’s way into its mother's pouch and stay in there drinking milk from the mother’s nipple for about eight months.
